How it all works

Most couples find me through Google (searching for a Southwest Florida wedding photographer) or social media, but from the moment we connect, I focus on making sure your experience is as easy and enjoyable as possible. Here’s how it all unfolds.

After you fill out the contact form, I’ll send you a Welcome Guide with everything you need: information on packages, availability, answers to common questions, and contact details. We’ll then get together or chat on the phone to go over your options and choose what works best for you.

Rather than relying on standard questionnaires, I personally meet with you for an “Intention Session.” We’ll chat through the specific moments and details that matter most to you, helping me understand exactly what you envision.

Next, we’ll go over a capture schedule to make sure your day flows naturally. You’ll never have to wonder where I am; I’ll be there to cover every critical moment while blending into the background. On the wedding day itself, I focus on capturing it all, from the smallest details to the big celebrations. You’ll have gentle guidance for family photos, and the rest will be about capturing things as they happen so your album feels authentic and alive.

What if my Southwest wedding date isn’t available?
If your date doesn’t appear as available, please contact me directly. I’ll do my best to accommodate you or suggest options to make it work.
How many photos will I receive?
This depends on your wedding day & timeline. Rest assured, I can give you a better idea once we complete your intention session and all images delivered will be edited and shared with you in a convenient online gallery for easy viewing and sharing.
When will we get our photos?
You’ll receive your full gallery within 4-6 weeks, with a sneak peek sent within 48 hours so you can start enjoying your memories right away.

Do you travel?
Simply put… YES! I love to travel. My travels have taken me all over the US as well as Europe! There is minimal travel fees across Florida ($300). Beyond Florida, travel fees will be determined based on details.

What if I have to reschedule/cancel?
As long as the date works for all vendors, rescheduling won’t cost you ANYTHING! Cancelling does come with additional fees as the booking fee is non-refundable.
